Posting instructions!

First I would like to welcome everyone! I hope these instructions will help.
Please start a discussion for your event. Include the place,time, date and information about what the event is. Please do not place your event in someone else's discussion. That makes it harder for them to add to their update their information and it can become confusing if you add to others discussions. This way people can reply to your event with feed back and you can monitor how you grow. If you have more than one event please start a separate discussion for each event. Also please do not forget to add a link,banner or something that can lead people to the event. If it is not an internet event please include the address where the event is located. If you can get a local map to highlight the spot that would be great also.
Check Max Parthas and the PD Poets post out, it is a great example of how to post your information.
